I also work with individuals who are part of a relationship, including those whose partner is not ready or willing to attend therapy, helping you strengthen boundaries, understand patterns, and decide how you want to move forward.
My work is informed by the Gottman Method, CBT, DBT, IFS informed, and Sex Therapy informed approaches. I offer a calm, structured, and non judgmental space and am comfortable working with intense emotions, helping clients move from reactivity toward understanding, accountability, and meaningful change.
