If you are feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in relationship patterns, or carrying ongoing resentment that has built over time, therapy can offer a space to slow things down and gain clarity. I work with adolescents and adults navigating relationship stress, anxiety, grief, anger, emotional overwhelm, and the impact of long-term relational strain, as well as couples experiencing high conflict or disconnection.

I specialize in couples therapy, including high conflict relationships, infidelity, and loss of trust. I also work with individuals who are part of a relationship, including those whose partner is not ready or willing to attend therapy, helping you strengthen boundaries, understand patterns, and decide how you want to move forward.

My work is informed by the Gottman Method, CBT, DBT, IFS informed, and Sex Therapy informed approaches. I offer a calm, structured, and non judgmental space and am comfortable working with intense emotions, helping clients move from reactivity toward understanding, accountability, and meaningful change.
