In our sessions, we move at a pace that feels safe while still being active and goal focused. We look at patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviour, build concrete coping skills, and work toward safer choices, clearer boundaries, and more satisfying relationships.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Master of Psychology student, completing additional training so my work is closely supervised by psychologists so you receive thoughtful, well supported care.
