Nourshing a Healthy Relationship with Food
This is an introductory workshop that focuses on the Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating (IE) movements. You will learn the foundations of HAES and EI and how to apply these strategies in your life! Alex and Kayla will be guiding you through the psychological aspects of increasing your confidence and learning to love your body (or just be okay with it)!
