My philosophy for counselling is grounded and rooted in finding connection in communities, safety from within, and discovery for what makes you feel passionate about a life worth living. I have always been a strong advocate for human development, diversity and I'm curious by nature. My travels have taken me all over world the in my younger years completing quality of life projects. Presently I am an advocate for ending homelessness and work with organizations to provide safety to our most vulnerable groups
I have worked in the helping field for over 20 years, 10 as an Addictions counsellor. I work with many individuals on their journey to recovery from: Stress, Burnout, Addiction, Self-Exploration, Drug/Alcohol Education for Families, Work-place Diversity Workshops.
No matter how hard you think the journey is going to be; half the battle is showing up! I had to learn how to show up for my own life, and I didn't get to where I am today without any help.
