I have been privileged to work the many people on their healing journey. I work from a trauma informed, family systems and attachment theory modality. We all have different ways of connecting in the world, I hope to be able to work with you to foster a sense of connection with self & others.
Having navigated through periods of loneliness and substance use in the past, I understand the profound impact that substance use can have in a persons life. Through counselling, community engagement, treatment centres and eduction, was able to gain a new life. This personal experience humbles me and fuels my belief in the possibility of change.
