Are you feeling stuck in your relationships, experiencing low self-esteem, feeling disconnected from yourself and your needs? I am passionate about working with women ages 25-40 who are wanting support in setting healthy boundaries, working through difficult life transitions, and increasing self-compassion. I will collaborate with you to help you gain insight into the root of what is happening and ways to move forward that align with your values. For those with ADHD (diagnosed or not), I use a strengths-based approach to help you develop effective coping skills. I also offer support for perimenopause and premenstrual disorders.
I use a person-centered approach in my work, incorporating humour, curiosity, and compassion. I use a combination of therapeutic tools depending on your needs, goals, and preferred ways of working. My interest in self-compassion is a common thread that I weave into our work in order to assist in developing ways to be kind and understanding of ourselves.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship that focuses on trust and warmth is an important piece that I emphasize in my work. I offer virtual appointments via telephone or video through a PHIPA-compliant secure platform. If you are interested in learning more, I offer free 15 minute phone consultations.
