I specialize in working with neurodivergence, trauma, narcissistic abuse, and building a sense of safety within self. We will build a trusting relationship where you feel open to share your darkest moments without judgement, allow you space to feel, and walk through action planning together. I also use CBT for adults with ADHD for symptom management.
I walk an unconventional path as a queer, dark humoured, quirky, neurodivergent counsellor, supporting folks who feel this speaks to them.
