Most importantly, women need to be grounded in who they are to navigate the conflicting roles of professional, partner, mother and lover.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) who specializes in brief therapy with women. This means that work with me will focus on helping you to move forward in ways that are good for you instead of looking at past regrets and problems. Our focus will be on helping you to live life in an authentic and meaningful way.
I know that women's journeys can be joyful, but every now and then sadness, worry and confusion become part of a woman's life.
