Hello! I’m so glad you are here. Starting therapy is a big deal, and finding the right therapist is key. My name is Alessandra and I’m passionate about helping people who are navigating difficult life transitions. If you are felling stuck and overwhelmed about life, I would like to help. Thank you for reaching out and taking the first courageous step in your journey toward greater health.
When we feel stressed, sad, hopeless, afraid, irritable and anxious, we might struggle to see a way through. I use a personalized blend of evidence-based therapy modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness, in order to create a unique treatment plan for each person I work with.
I am a Registered Social Worker and have been working in the field of mental health for over 15 years. I offer psychotherapy for a range of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Adjustment Disorder and other mental health symptoms. I’m looking forward to working together!
