I am passionate about supporting individuals, adolescents, and caregivers. I hope to offer a warm, welcoming environment where families can strengthen their relationships, build emotional resilience, and learn new ways to connect and communicate. I also place great importance on helping adults and young people develop tools to identify, understand, tolerate, and manage their inner experiences. My approach to sessions, is rooted in the desire to create a space that feels safe and grounding. Clients are invited to slow down, reflect, and explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.

The Attachment, Regulation, and Competency framework is the foundation of my practice, supporting interventions from: • Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) • Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT, including EFT-Y for youth) • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) • Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) These are thoughtfully applied in collaboration with the ARC model.
