I have a strong background in psychology and use different methods to help people dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Anger, ADHD, Phobias, relationship problems, low self-esteem, chronic pain, and PTSD. I have worked with clients from various backgrounds, cultures and ages, and I speak English and Russian. My goal is to create a supportive and safe space where individuals can find the strength to grow and make positive changes in their lives.
In my work, I use different types of therapy like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Psychoanalysis, and other methods focused on finding solutions and putting clients first. I believe that what works for one person may not work for another, so I always try to find the best approach for each individual.
I know how difficult to find a psychotherapist who would "click with you". It is very important to find a therapist whom you can trust.
