Hello! I'm Alejs, pronounced 'Alex'. You’re drawn to a genuine, warm, non-pathologizing and focused approach where your struggles are met with curiosity and care, make sense in context, and can shift at a deeper, nervous-system level.
I understand difficult patterns as meaningful adaptations shaped by past experiences, relational and societal contexts. We work collaboratively to understand the patterns that feel stuck or confusing, so they can change at their source. My training includes: Coherence Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS and Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy.
