Life isn't easy. In fact, the longer we have the privilege of living, the more we are sure to encounter challenges. Each of us is likely to face anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, life transitions, relationship struggles, and/or diagnoses we did not choose. Well-being and peace of mind may feel outside of your control. Together we can explore your personal experience and work towards achieving your goals of feeling better, finding contentment, and living your life based on the beliefs and values that are important to you.
I practice an integrated approach using mainly ACT, CBT, Narrative, Solution-Focused Therapies. I tailor action specifically to you. I serve your individual needs by meeting you where you are. I have a special interest in palliative and end-of-life care, a wish to support everyone involved. I have completed Gottman Couples Therapy training Levels 1 & 2.
If you are experiencing a difficult situation, challenges with your thoughts, feelings, and choices; be kind to yourself. Reach out for help. I will greet you with unconditional positive regard and nonjudgment. This is a safe space.
