As a therapist, I offer therapeutic interventions and support for issues that may include Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Life transitions, Trauma, Relationships/Marital issues and ADHD Coaching to individuals, couples & families dealing with a variety of life issues. I also help managers to manage stress and maintain a healthy work/life balance. My approach integrates techniques from modalities like EFT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, (IFS), CBT and Narrative Therapy etc. I provide a non-judgmental and confidential safe space where we explore to find answers to lingering questions.
I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, an MBA in Finance, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Masters in Clinical Counselling. I am a certified trauma therapist, trained in ADHD coaching and a Gottman Method couple therapist.
I have a broad range of experience working and interacting on a personal level with a diverse population that spans different ages, life stages and cultures in various capacities and contexts.
