My philosophy as a counsellor is that people are capable of great change, including you. I offer virtual individual and couples counselling that is client-led, and trauma educated. Often my clients present with a number of issues that have included intimate relationships, sexuality, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and many others. Your desire for wholeness and fulfilling relationships, career, and family is a journey that starts inside of you. All of you is welcome at Alchemy Wellness.
I'll work with you on an experiential level. In a world that keeps you stuck in your head, it is crucial to build awareness and resources that help ground you in your body. This is true of you individually, and you in the many relationships (intimate, etc.) you will have during your life. I offer timely and effective, holistic, somatic (body-based) sessions.
