I offer sessions for $50+GST/50 minutes, as a Counselling Student Intern. I believe that everyone is deserving of a life of freedom filled with pleasure, joy, and love. I would love to work with you to navigate the challenges you're experiencing and explore what it means for you to lead an empowered and fulfilling life. I have a passion for sexual health and wellbeing, and my practice is grounded in trauma-informed care. Offering a safe, authentic and judgement-free space, I show up with curiosity and humility to meet you where you are, and we work together each session to work on the concerns that have brought you to counselling.

My work with clients focuses on healthy relationship building, boundary setting, identity exploration, personal growth and self-empowerment, navigating relationship transitions and challenges, and dismantling shame. I also offer support with experiences of loss, anxiety, depression and stress. I provide ADHD-informed care to neurodiverse clients.

I am available for phone and video appointments, and offer a free 15 minute consultation. As a Counselling Student Intern, my sessions are $50+GST/50 minutes. I offer evening and weekend sessions.
