I work with children, youth, and adults who are looking to understand their unique strengths and challenges through psychological assessment. Psychological assessments can investigate Giftedness, Learning Disorders, ADHD, and Autism. I also work with children, youth, adults and families providing counselling which is action oriented, targeting mood concerns (eg.anxiety/depression), parenting stress, major life transitions and grief and loss. I integrate CBT, ACT and SFT in my approach.
I provide individuals with a transparent, comprehensive investigation into identified areas of concern. My reports provide recommendations for skill building strategies as well as links to community resources. Demystification of mental health supports and fighting stigma surrounding mental illness are always my goals!
