My practice is for people who want to understand themselves more deeply and make meaningful changes through experience as well as insight. I draw on psychology, meditation, neuroscience, philosophy, and more than thirty years of clinical experience in working with individuals who are curious about their minds, their lived experience, and their place in the world. Lasting change involves more than conversation alone. My approach combines psychological insight with practices that cultivate self-regulation through greater awareness of both mind and body
I integrate psychotherapy with meditation, biofeedback, neurofeedback, and QEEG brain mapping. These experiential practices strengthen self-regulation by working with the brain, body, and mind, supporting lasting psychological change. Therapy need not be just talk; it can be a space where healing, psychological growth, and philosophical exploration meet.
If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to contact me by phone or email. I offer a complimentary telephone consultation to discuss your interests, concerns, and whether my approach is a good fit for you.
