As a Canadian born Chinese-Canadian so I'm very familiar with being a visible minority.
I specialize in helping people with anxiety and mental health issues such as depression, bi-polar disorder and other psychiatric conditions. I have lived experience with family members with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and depression and I offer compassion and understanding. I also have personal experience with divorce and separation.
