With over 14 years of clinical experience, I support individuals recovering from narcissistic or emotionally unhealthy relationship dynamics, as well as anxiety, panic, and obsessive thoughts. If you find yourself questioning your reality, walking on eggshells, overanalyzing conversations, or feeling emotionally exhausted in a relationship, you are not alone. You may find yourself constantly second-guessing your instincts, feeling responsible for keeping the peace, or struggling to trust your own judgment. Together, we can work toward rebuilding trust in yourself and finding clarity and confidence again.

I am also passionate about helping people understand how anxiety operates, including the experience of having "anxiety about the anxiety." Postpartum mental health is another area of focus in my practice, and I strive to provide a supportive space where clients can openly discuss the challenges that often accompany this stage of life.

My work is informed by training in CBT, trauma reprocessing, attachment, anxiety and mood concerns, relationship issues, family dynamics, and workplace stress. In addition to my clinical practice, I provide clinical supervision to therapists and students, pairing over 14 years of therapeutic experience with specialized supervision training.
