Welcome—I am so glad you found your way here! Therapy is deeply personal, and I am here to help you through life's challenges. I value a collaborative counsellor-client relationship and have a particular interest in working with children. I have experience working with PTSD, trauma, intellectual and developmental disabilities, family conflicts, behavioural issues, abuse and more. I have also worked with high level professionals such as lawyers, along with high performance athletes. I offer care in English, am LGBTQIA+ friendly, use a culturally responsive lens and have 4+ years experience using Applied Behaviour Analysis.

Drawing from a holistic, flexible and integrative approach, we will process your experiences, navigate new challenges and discuss practical skills. My work is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy, however, I borrow from other approaches that are listed below. I also utilize play and art in my work.

My passion is to create a space where you can be yourself. It takes courage to show up for yourself and I would be honoured to work with you!
