**Accepting New Clients** We all have experiences that turn our world upside down. These experiences can be anything, but when it happens, we can feel confused, lost, or stuck while struggling to adjust to the "new normal." I specialize in supporting people through transition, so that they gain self-knowledge, build skill in tackling future transitions, and feel capable in their "new normal." As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I work with individuals (adult and teens), couples, and families to help them achieve and maintain mental wellness while going through experiences that challenge them.

In addition to transition, I specialize in identity work. Specifically, who you were, who you are, and who you hope to be as an individual, couple, and family. My work can involve some identity exploration as I believe that some of our mental health challenges are connected to our identities and the way that we make sense of the world around us.

I approach therapy from a collaborative and strengths-based perspective, meaning that I attend to your strengths to work with you and help you achieve and maintain your goals. If this sounds like a fit for you, I encourage you to contact me for a free 15-minute phone consultation to decide if I am the right therapist for you.
