I am passionate about working with young adults, as well as supporting individuals through pregnancy, early parenthood and beyond. Becoming a parent is profoundly life-changing. While we anticipate the joys of parenthood, we don't always expect for it to feel this hard. It can bring up intense, sometimes scary or confusing feelings. It can be overwhelming and lonely. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to understand, process and cope with the changes in your life. By talking about your experiences, you can feel less alone and less overwhelmed, and together we can find ways for you to feel more grounded again.
I create a safe space for you to open up and talk about what’s really going on. Things like self-criticism, difficult relationships (both current and past), stress and anxiety, trauma, feeling down, lost or just plain stuck. I’ll help you gain clarity on your thoughts and feelings, and give you the tools you need to get through difficult times.
Asking for help and taking time for yourself isn’t easy. The right support can make all the difference. Reach out if you think we’d be a good fit!
