I have a special interest and training in working with couples and individuals experiencing sexual concerns. Specifically, I work with concerns around pain during intercourse (i.e. vaginismus, vulvodynia, and provoked vestibulodynia), desire discrepancies in couples, difficulty achieving orgasm, or achieving/maintaining an erection, premature ejaculation, etc. Additionally, I work individually with adults experiencing relationship distress, communication difficulties, developmental trauma, low self-esteem, stress and burnout, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. Please note: I am not currently accepting new clients

When working with clients I apply my training in emotionally-focused therapy (EFT) for couples and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to guide individuals in understanding and deepening their emotions in the service of regulating them, using them to guide adaptive emotional responses and lead a values-based life.

I strive to provide a warm, inclusive, and non-judgemental therapeutic space. I believe in providing sex-positive, poly- and kink-friendly, and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy. I also encourage my clients to incorporate complementary interventions that address body, mind, and spirituality.
