You're invited to reach out if you have a desire and willingness to change what you can, and accept what you can't. I support mental health struggles (anxiety, depression), grief / loss from a death or major life transition (separation, health change, retirement) caregiver/parenting burnout or as a professional helper, body image and eating issues, & reproductive health (fertility, abortion, & postpartum depression and anxiety). I have extensive, specialized experience working with individuals and their loved ones affected by acquired brain injuries (stroke, TBI, etc.). I am also a registered Circle of Security Parent Facilitator.
I focus on the needs of girls (13+) and women seeking a comfortable outlet for gaining insights and new tools for coping. I have 20 years of experience in a variety of community-based and health care settings. I use an integrative approach to supporting each individual, which allows for the flexibility needed to address each individual's unique needs.
You can expect a warm and candid companion as we work together to untangle what's keeping you feeling stuck, down, fearful, unsettled, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself and your needs. I work diligently and creatively alongside you to help move in the direction of your valued way of living.
