When the injured psyche drives behaviour, it can isolate us from community and separate us from our own heart. Yet, when we heal our unconscious patterns and stay connected with our heart, we begin to evolve into the most loving and courageous version of ourselves. Our traumatic and injurious experiences hold lessons and opportunities for emotional, psychological and spiritual growth; as well as an opportunity to evolve beyond survival, to expand in consciousness into the wisdom of knowing ourselves and the power of mastering ourselves.
My current areas of practice are 2SLGBTQ+, family of origin trauma, first responder trauma, depression, anxiety, religious trauma, relational trauma (CPTSD), late/ self-identified neurocomplexity/ neurodiversity. I offer remote psychotherapy for adults (19+) who live in Mi’kma’ki (Nova Scotia). My approach interweaves scientific and spiritual principles.
