About
Are you feeling stuck, anxious, stressed, or sad? You don't have to keep feeling this way, because therapy can help. My process involves identifying the barriers that are getting in the way of your wellness and work with you to help you feel better, but also function better in your personal life, relationships, school or work life. Using a cognitive-behavioural approach, I can help you make meaningful changes in your life, while also acknowledging the validity of your lived experiences. I am passionate about working with clients to find an approach that fits them best.
I am enthusiastic about providing affirming and knowledgeable care to clients from a variety of backgrounds. Outside of clinical practice, I have been a leader in social justice movements for reproductive rights and the rights of gender-minority individuals. My past research has focused on ways to improve therapy for trans and gender-diverse clients.
I am currently under supervision from a Clinical Psychologist as I work through the process of becoming a Clinical Psychology Associate. Visit my website to get started on your healing journey.
