I am a Registered Psychologist and Registered Play Therapist and I have worked with adults, couples, children and families for over 14 years. My therapeutic approach is integrative and I use a variety of approaches to meet individual needs.
I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and I am also a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) provider which offers faster relief than traditional talk therapy. I also have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and a SPACE treatment provider (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), to effectively treat OCD
