The people I serve are exhausted, scared, confused and ill-equipped to deal with their loved one's addiction. They need support with how to help, how to heal and how to move forward after being stuck for so long. My counselling service is a structured cycle of sessions. I aim to focus on 3 things: education, skills building and implementation. This service is designed to be short-term. My coaching service is a solace service. I offer more integrated support - maybe you text me a question that pops into your head- I also give resource and addiction counselling support to those with addiction specific to your area.
My goal is to be of service to the struggling families, friends, and partners of those caught up in addiction, or early in recovery.
Substance users have an abundance of support while the people around them, are left in the wake of destruction, try to pick up the pieces. Healing must be done for the entire family system in order to break the cycle.
My objective is to empower and help you build the confidence needed to make sound decisions, set strong boundaries and secure healthy attachment, for a chance at peace. You have endured so much, it is time to put down the sword, you can not fight another person's battle.
