I am passionate and committed to providing therapeutic services that are mindful, anti-oppressive and anti-racist. I have been in the human services sector for the past 16+ years working with multitude of populations. I am available to work with children (7+), teens, adults, and couples. I am particularly interested in assisting people who are experiencing burnout due to stress, caregiving, or family conflict. I am devoted to assisting individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, cultural identification challenges, and those who find themselves managing family or cultural expectations.

It is my top priority that you leave the sessions feeling better or lighter than when you arrived. I am not afraid to have difficult conversations with clients and want them to feel safe and accepted for who they are. I come from a large family that includes seven siblings, therefore I recognize the significance of relational work in therapy.
