For many years, I thought I was searching for a place to belong. Looking back, I realized I wasn't searching for a place at all, but learning to find a home within myself. Before becoming an Expressive Arts Therapist, I worked as an architect, creating spaces for others. Over time, I realized I was more interested in helping people create space within themselves- to imagine again, reconnect with their inner resources, and notice possibilities that have been quietly waiting to be seen.
I support adults navigating life transitions, identity, belonging, grief, burnout, or the quiet feeling that something no longer fits. We begin with conversation, and together may explore images, writing, movement, music, or other creative processes. When words are not enough, creativity becomes another way of listening and expressing.
As a pre-Licensed professional and Expressive Arts Therapy student under clinical supervision, my role is to be your companion and a witness to your journey. You don't need artistic experience.
