Money should never be the reason you DON'T go to therapy. We never want money to be a barrier to accessing therapy. This is why Affordable Therapy Ontario (ATO) exists: to make therapy accessible for all! Created by Building Bridges Psychotherapy, we are a diverse team of licensed therapists providing high quality therapy to those who need it. We offer in-person services at our six locations. We also offer therapy over video and phone. We work with individuals, couples, and families. For a full list of all the issues and concerns we work with, check out our website.
We provide a calm, non-judgmental, and supportive space for our clients to explore deeper emotions and gain insight. Further, by using a strength-based, solution-focused approach, we help our clients by collaboratively finding strategies to move forward, which is especially helpful when clients feel stuck with their mental health and relationships.

During your call, one of our intake workers will ask you a little bit about what you're looking for in therapy, as well as how much you can afford. Afterwards, you will be matched with one of our therapists, and they will contact you to book your first session and begin your therapy journey!
