Aestra offers compassionate, client-centred practices to help you navigate stress, emotional challenges, overwhelm, burnout, and life transitions. Our practitioners work from trauma-informed, relational, and evidence-based approaches that build insight, resilience, and support meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
We’re here to help you strengthen your self-regulation, explore your authentic self, discover your values and reconnect with your internal healing wisdom.
We offer complementary modalities that support well-being, including Existential Analysis (EA), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Coaching and Therapeutic Sound, a wellness practice that supports nervous system regulation, physical relaxation, and emotional settling through sound, vibration, breath, and guided attention.
We offer sliding-scale sessions with candidate counsellors completing their practicum work, with rates ranging from $50 to $100. We’re here to support you on your journey of self-care.
