Sometimes when we are caught in one of life's toughest moments, we seek support. That support can look like how to process a situation, validation, a listening ear, problem solving, and so forth. Therapy can be many things or it can be one. I offer a client - centred approach with empathy. If you are looking for someone you can relate to, I am a parent to young children, I have experienced PPA/D, loss, abandonment, unhealthy relationships, and more. I specialize in perinatal mental health and intergenerational trauma and provide supports in other areas as well. With a relational lens, I hope to help clients feel confident in their abilities to cope and manage their concerns.
