As a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Child & Youth Care Practitioner at Cognitive Resilience Counselling Clinic, I support children, youth, young adults, and some adults, with particular experience working with neurodivergent, disabled, LGBTQIA+, and chronically ill individuals. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in understanding each person's unique experiences. Rather than focusing on fixing who you are, therapy is a space to explore challenges, understand patterns, and honour your adaptations. I strive to create a compassionate environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

At Cognitive Resilience Counselling Clinic, I support clients navigating identity, self-esteem, burnout, anxiety, depression, stress, executive dysfunction, rejection sensitivity, and relationship challenges. Together, we explore recurring patterns, deepen self-understanding, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
