I'm a hypnotist, psychotherapist, and coach that lives and works in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada and I'm here to tell you that there are services available to help...that there's ways out of this cycle of pain that you or your teen might be experiencing.
Within our services, I offer psychotherapy, coaching, hypnotherapy, actually whatever is most specific to you and where your needs are. I've been in private practice and in psychotherapy for the last 23 years. Most of my work has been in addictions or working with youth.
