Hi, I help people with trauma and anxiety. I have counselled/worked with many types of trauma over the years and continue to do so. In my counselling practice, I believe the client is the expert. Thus, I believe in a collaborative, empathic approach. Whatever your issues, needs, goals are, we can work collectively towards your healing, preferred goals and future.
