Cathy is respectful of her clients. She uses a multidisciplinary approach. Cathy has recently added Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapy to her practice and she is finding it a very transformative tool. Cathy is known as being straightforward and courteous. Cathy is gifted in bringing out the positives in her therapy sessions. She is also a Usui trained Reiki Master and teacher.
