I assist men who are seeking emotional balance, harmonious relationships and an overall sense of well-being. Individuals will prioritize these goals as a result of conflict or through some experience of loss, lack or pain. My specialty is short-term counselling, typically three to six sessions. Options for longer-term support are also available. Counselling begins with an initial consultation. The purpose of these 50-minute introductory sessions is to identify an approach that will provide you with the greatest possible benefit in the shortest period of time. A consultation can usually be scheduled within five days of your call.

I assist women who are experiencing emotional pain related to family relationships, workplace conflict, social alienation and loneliness, financial problems, intimacy and sexuality, a lack of confidence, grief, loss and trauma, and who are unsure about the best way to navigate these challenges. My personal and professional experience has confirmed for me that every form of physical, mental or spiritual disturbance is an invitation to growth and transformation, and that no expression of "new life" is possible without them. These difficulties need not be feared. They contain not only the promise of change, but the means by which it can be realized.
