I work in collaboration with my clients toward a heightened sense of well-being and fulfillment. My strength-based and culturally sensitive approach is designed to assist individuals and couples in developing adaptive coping strategies, and in navigating through difficult times or circumstances. I work with a variety of problems that include but are not restricted to mood disorders, emotional processing, behavioural and addiction concerns, relational issues, and life transitions. I also provide a stress management approach with clients who present with psychological trauma, chronic pain, and/or chronic fatigue.

While I work with issues of depression, anxiety and dysfunctional couple dynamics, I specialize in issues with sexuality, sexual dysfunction, infidelity, infertility and sexual abuse. I offer respectful, judgment free and compassionate care to clients to deal with troubling behaviors and to release and heal feelings of shame/guilt etc related to sexual function, identity and partner sexual intimacy. I work extensively with both individuals and couples in the areas of high/low sexual desire, arousal/orgasm disorders and Erectile Dysfunction, among others. My practice is LGBTQ+Kink and Consenual non-monogamy supportive.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I work with individuals and couples in east Ottawa, Orleans, and the area. During COVID-19, I am seeing clients virtually.
