Whether it is to express emotions, regain power over your life or find tools for personal growth, which differentiates drama therapy from other forms of "psycho-therapy which are generally focused on speech "is that in dramatherapy, in addition to using words, we also use expressive tools that can pass through the whole body: projective techniques, bodily movements, breathing and mindfulness exercises, creation of rituals, creation of stories, improvisations, theory and method of roles, etc. The exploration process become therapeutic in itself.
