My primary goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental and safe space for clients to feel welcome, heard, respected, understood and supported. I specialize in working with Teens, Adults and families of diverse cultures and identities to navigate and cope with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, burnout, self-care, personal growth, parenting, grief & loss, trauma and other life transitions. Thus, a client-centered approach is a key component of my practice as I believe each client’s journey is unique.
Drawing from a diverse array of educational, career and life experiences, I utilize a blend of modalities like CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed, Narrative, Compassion Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based, Solution-Focused Brief, Culturally Sensitive, Emotional Focused Therapy, Anti-Oppressive Approach, etc. to adjust to new ways towards wholeness.
My compassionate, authentic and empathetic nature allows me to foster a therapeutic interpersonal relationship and trust to truly work alongside clients as experts of their lives. Once empowered, one would be able to process thoughts, traumatic experiences, develop a better understanding and establish pathways towards healing, resilience and growth.
