I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University (MACP, 2021). I provide counselling support to those seeking a safe, open, non-judgmental space to explore inner strengths and resources to lead a more hopeful, fulfilling life. My particular interests include sexuality, sexual health, mismatched desire, grief, trauma, OCD, hoarding, unexpected DNA discoveries and driving anxieties. I enjoy working with both adults and couples.
I have worked with many different groups and life stages, from helping women refugees in Berlin with cultural adjustment to employment counselling for new immigrants and youth to empowering girls as a drum instructor at Girls Rock Camp. I have worked extensively as a qualifying sex therapist and couple's therapist and am an Associate Member of ASTO.
As a counsellor, I aim to meet you where you are at as a client, acknowledging and validating existing and past challenges while collaboratively building alternate stories and new realities.
