My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and a space where you feel able to grow. Whether you're seeking to build new skills, gain clarity, or reconnect with parts of yourself, my role is to walk alongside you on that journey. I aim to bring a genuineness, humility, and safety to the therapeutic relationship.

I work from a trauma-informed and person-centered perspective. I am informed by Somatic-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and an attachment-based lens. I am comfortable working with a variety of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, neurodivergence or ADHD, family of origin issues, complex trauma, and men's issues.
