I believe that everyone is doing their best at any given moment and that everyone has the ability to heal. Many people I work with are tired of old patterns of behaviours, thoughts and beliefs interfering in their lives. They hold a curiosity about wanting to learn more about their emotions, relationships with others and their inner world. With compassion, I support individuals to engage in exploring how such patterns, thoughts and beliefs are held within the body, impacting their relationship with themselves and others.
For over the past 15 years, I have supported people who experience anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, parenting challenges and relational/developmental wounds and trauma. By using a variety of interventions, we develop an understanding of how your system adapted to its environment in order to cope while discovering your inherent strength and wisdom.
I understand that taking the first step towards seeking support can feel daunting. My primary goal is to build a trusting relationship with you, fostering an environment where you feel safe, understood, and valued. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, uncovering your innate strength and resilience. You're well being is my priority.
