"We all have our strengths and do what we can to deal with life’s many challenges. But sometimes we feel anxious, hopeless, depressed or confused, and need to speak confidentially, without feeling judged - about the very personal things going on in our lives. As a psychologist who gets that it all starts with kindness, clients find me compassionate, down-to-earth, and relatable - a trusted, supportive listener who knows how to help. You’ll always get straight-up answers and full transparency. No two minds are alike, which is why I draw from several science-backed therapy methods to customize therapy for people I work with."

"Humor, genuine compassion and empathy are necessary for healing - especially the humor part! Which is why they are benchmarks of my clinical practice. Combined together, the healing force created is a 'game changer' in people's lives. My approach to psychotherapy is person centered (congrats, you are unique! Your therapy should be too), grounded in attachment theory (relationships are our friend! Don't argue...everyone needs a friend) and developmental psychology (we all go through life changes, change suucks, but it's unavoidable). All this guides our path to wellness. Heads up - standard credential speech ahead..."

Adolescents / Teenagers (14 to 19) Counsellors
Adolescence describes the teenage years between 13 and 19 and can be considered the transitional stage from childhood to adulthood. However the physical and psychological changes that occur in adolescence can start earlier, and it can be a time of both disorientation and discovery. The transitional period can bring up issues of independence and self-identity. Sometimes teens may be experimenting with drugs and alcohol or sexuality. During this time, peer groups and external appearance tend to increase in importance.

For help with adolescents or for a T8N adolescent counsellor these professionals provide help for adolescent development and adolescent education. They include adolescent counsellors in T8N, adolescent psychologists, and adolescent therapists. They can help with adolescent behavior, adolescent learning and adolescent discipline.

T8N teen counsellors also provide help for troubled teens in T8N or troubled teen boys and girls. For parents of out-of-control teens, T8N counsellors can help with communicating and understanding your teen. And counsellors in T8N can help with teenager behavior and teen learning issues.

How can I tell if a therapist is right for me?
Therapists in T8N are able to work with a wide range of issues.

For example, if you're seeking a marriage counsellor in T8N you'll find that most therapists are trained in marriage counselling or couples counselling in T8N and couples therapy. And they welcome families for family counselling in T8N or family therapy in T8N.
