"We all have our strengths and do what we can to deal with life’s many challenges. But sometimes we feel anxious, hopeless, depressed or confused, and need to speak confidentially, without feeling judged - about the very personal things going on in our lives. As a psychologist who gets that it all starts with kindness, clients find me compassionate, down-to-earth, and relatable - a trusted, supportive listener who knows how to help. You’ll always get straight-up answers and full transparency. No two minds are alike, which is why I draw from several science-backed therapy methods to customize therapy for people I work with."

"There are problems . . . and there are solutions, and sometimes it's just nice to talk through them! I am not your typical psychologist. I don't work in a stuffy office and you won't lay down on a couch. I help you develop the skills and abilities necessary to move forward and conquer your problems. By helping people identify the things they wish to have changed in their lives and further develop the skills they already have, I help clients construct a concrete vision for themselves and make that vision a reality. I help you find solutions!"

Adolescents / Teenagers (14 to 19) Counsellors
Adolescence describes the teenage years between 13 and 19 and can be considered the transitional stage from childhood to adulthood. However the physical and psychological changes that occur in adolescence can start earlier, and it can be a time of both disorientation and discovery. The transitional period can bring up issues of independence and self-identity. Sometimes teens may be experimenting with drugs and alcohol or sexuality. During this time, peer groups and external appearance tend to increase in importance.

For help with adolescents or for a T8N adolescent counsellor these professionals provide help for adolescent development and adolescent education. They include adolescent counsellors in T8N, adolescent psychologists, and adolescent therapists. They can help with adolescent behavior, adolescent learning and adolescent discipline.

T8N teen counsellors also provide help for troubled teens in T8N or troubled teen boys and girls. For parents of out-of-control teens, T8N counsellors can help with communicating and understanding your teen. And counsellors in T8N can help with teenager behavior and teen learning issues.

How can I tell if a therapist is right for me?
Therapists in T8N are able to work with a wide range of issues.

For example, if you're seeking a marriage counsellor in T8N you'll find that most therapists are trained in marriage counselling or couples counselling in T8N and couples therapy. And they welcome families for family counselling in T8N or family therapy in T8N.
