As a clinically trained counsellor, I use evidenced based interventions and empathy as I support your journey towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life. Although I am guided primarily by a cognitive behavioural approach, my background and training is diverse. This allows me to customize my interventions to meet the unique individual needs of my client.
