Hello There, If you or a family member is a First Responder, Veteran or Frontline Medical worker, I may be the therapist for you! I primarily work with First Responders, Veterans and Front Line Medical workers who have experienced repeated traumatic exposures through their work. Flashbacks, nightmares, anger outbursts, dissociation, anxiety, panic attacks, and depression are symptoms that you don't have to live with! And those interpersonal relationships (at work, home and socially) can be improved.
I'm a self-proclaimed brain geek with background in research related the brain, behavior and cognitive science. I bring to my practice 15+ years of experience where I use a combination of therapeutic approaches and my understanding of brain/biological functioning to help my clients move from a stuck position to a happier, healthier place.
I have experience working with the LGBTQ community as well as individuals from a variety of religious backgrounds (I have an interest in world religions). I welcome questions and am happy to help people find the appropriate therapist if it's not me! Looking forward to speaking to you.
